所投注水泵（往复式）为境外产品：允许注水泵（往复式）的制造商或取得注水泵（往复式）制造商唯一授权的成撬商或代理商投标。
一个制造商对同一品牌同一型号的注水泵（往复式），仅能委托一个成橇商或代理商参加投标。
投标人为代理商或成撬商时，应得到本次投标注水泵（往复式）制造商的唯一合法授权，并需在投标时提供以下材料（制造商代表签字或盖制造商代表人名章或盖制造商公章）：
1）在有效期内注水泵（往复式）制造商唯一授权书原件 (制造商授权书中的签名和盖章必须是原件）。
2）注水泵（往复式）制造商提供承诺函（格式自拟），承诺投标****工厂生产。

Water Injection Pumps (Reciprocating) Offered from within the PRC Customs Territory: The manufacturer of the Water Injection Pumps (Reciprocating) or the sole authorized contractor or agent of the Water Injection Pumps (Reciprocating) manufacturer is allowed to bid.
A manufacturer can only appoint one skidder or agent to participate in the bidding for the same brand and model of the Water Injection Pump (Reciprocating).
When the bidder is an agent or contractor, they shall obtain the sole legal authorization of the manufacturer of the water injection pump (reciprocating) for this bidding, and shall provide the following materials at the time of bidding (signed by the manufacturer's representative or stamped with the manufacturer's representative's name seal or official seal):
1) The original of the sole authorization letter from the manufacturer of the Water Injection Pumps (Reciprocating) within the validity period (the signature and official seal shall be original);

注水泵（往复式）的设计和制造需满足API674标准（最新版），并且注水泵制造商厂家需在投标时提供有效的API Q1证书，且可以在官网（https://mycerts.****.org/Search/CompositeSearch）核实。
The design and manufacturing of the water injection pump (reciprocating) must comply with the latest version of API674 standard, and the manufacturer of the water injection pump must provide a valid API Q1 certificate at the time of bidding, which can be found on the official website（ https://mycerts.****.org/Search/CompositeSearch ）Verify.
（3）★业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
投标人需满足以下所有要求：
The Bidder needs to meet all below requirements:
1. 2014年1月1日至投标截止日（以合同签署时间为准），投标人所投产品的制造商或成撬商应具有至少2个合同的注水泵(往复式)的供货业绩，且均满足：⑴泵设计和制造满足API674最新版标准；⑵泵排量不小于60m3/h；⑶泵出口压力不小于26500kPaG；⑷海水介质工况。投标人提供的业绩合同若非制造商直接签订，但合同中的往复式注水泵的制造商与本次所投产品中往复式注水泵的制造商一致，也予以认可。

2.投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。业绩证明文件包括：1）销售合同和2）用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料（到货验收单或调试验收报告或其他可以证明合同项下货物已经到货验收的有效证明材料）。投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、合同签署页（国内贸易合同应有双方盖章，国际贸易合同应有双方签字或盖章）、制造商名称、货物名称、泵设计和制造标准、泵排量、泵出口压力、输送介质、用户签字或盖章的到货验收材料。
未提交业绩证明文件，或通过所提供的业绩证明文件无法认定满足上述业绩要求的，均视为无效业绩。
